BACON CROUTON SALAD
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
Slice 1 pound Brussels sprouts. Cook 4 bacon slices in a skillet until crisp. Remove from pan, crumble. Add 2 tsp oil to drippings in pan. Stir in 2 oz cubed bread, saute until crisp. *Combine 1/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1 tsp brown sugar, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Add Brussels sprouts, toss. Top with croutons and bacon.
