SAUCY PAPRIKA CHICKEN
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
2 tbs oil
12 bone in skin on chicken thighs
1 onion, sliced
2 tbs hot paprika
1 tbs tomato paste
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
12 oz egg noodles, cooked
Warm oil in a skillet. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cook chicken until golden. Remove to a plate. *Pour off all but 1 tbs fat. Cook onion until softened. Stir in paprika, tomato paste and broth. *Add chicken to skillet. Bring to a simmer, cook 15 min. flip thighs, simmer until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken to a platter. Remove skillet from heat. Whisk in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. SERVE chicken and sauce over noodles & ENJOY...
