[SimplifyMe] Baked Ginger-Soy {Fish}

 

BAKED GINGER-SOY FISH
MAKES 2 SERVINGS.

2 fish fillets
1 tbs grated ginger
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Pepper

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Tear off 2 pieces of foil. Place a fish fillet in center of each piece of foil. Spread ginger over each fillet. Drizzle each with soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with pepper. *Fold top of foil to meet bottom edge. Crimp edges to seal. Arrange packets on baking sheet. Bake until fish is opaque 12 min. SERVE & ENJOY...
