ZESTY BUTTER GRILLED STEAKS
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
6 beef strips steaks
1/4 cup butter
3 tsp minced chipotle in adobo
2 tsp minced cilantro or parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1 lime, zested, juiced
3 tbs steak seasoning
In bowl, mash together butter, chipotle in adobo, cilantro, garlic, paprika, 1 tbs lime juice and 1 tsp lime zest. *Heat grill. Sprinkle steak seasoning over both sides of steaks, coat steaks with cooking spray. Place on grill. *Grill steaks until desired doneness, brushing with butter mixture. SERVE & ENJOY...
