GRAVY "ROAST" NOODLES
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
4 pound beef roast
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 cups beef broth
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tbs Worcestershire
6 tbs cornstarch
12 oz pkg egg noodles, cooked
Coat slowcooker with cooking spray. Add onion, garlic, celery and carrot. Season roast with salt and pepper, place on top of vegetables. Combine broth, tomato paste, and Worcestershire, pour over roast. Cook on low 8 hours. STRAIN liquid into a pan, bring to a simmer. Combine cornstarch with 3 tbs water, stir into liquid. Cook until thickened. SERVE roast and gravy with noodles & ENJOY...
