EASY KIWI ICE CREAM
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
4 kiwis, peeled, sliced
7 oz marshmallow cream
1 cup heavy cream
In a blender, puree three quarters of the kiwis. Add next 2 ingredients, pulse until smooth. Scrape into bowl. Press plastic wrap onto surface, freeze until firm. SERVE with kiwi slices & ENJOY...
