EASTER BROWNIE BIRD NESTS
MAKES 16 SERVINGS.
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 box brownie mix
48 Jordan almonds or malted milk eggs
Heat oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl, whisk butter, egg and milk. Stir in brownie mix until combined. Coat 16 muffin tin cups with cooking spray. Divide brownie batter among cups. *Bake 25 min. Cool in pans 15 min. Remove brownies from pans. Press centers of brownies to make an indent. Place 3 almonds in each brownie nest. SERVE & ENJOY...
