SWEET POTATO HASH
MAKES 2 SERVINGS.
3/4 pound sweet potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 tbs oil
1/2 cup diced chorizo
1/2 tsp chopped rosemary
Boil potatoes until tender, drain. In skillet, cook onion in oil 5 min. Add chorizo and rosemary, cook 2 min. Stir in potatoes, cook 10 min. Season. SERVE & ENJOY...
