SAUSAGE GRAVY OVER CORNBREAD
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2 SERVINGS.
2 sausages, chopped
1 tsp canola oil
1 1/2 tbs flour
1 tbs chopped parsley
1 1/4 cups milk
Cornbread
In skillet, cook sausage in oil 5 min. transfer sausage to bowl. Cook flour and parsley 2 min. Whisk in milk and sausage, simmer to thicken. Season. SERVE on cornbread & ENJOY...
