SHRIMP VEGETABLE STIR-FRY
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
Saute 1 chopped onion, 1 sliced red bell pepper, 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, 1 cup sliced carrots, 1/2 cup peas in a skillet coated with cooking spray until tender. Add 1 1/2 pounds peeled shrimp, saute until cooked. Drizzle with 2 tbs teriyaki sauce. SERVE & ENJOY...
