JAPANESE CHICKEN MEATBALLS
MAKES 2 DOZEN MEATBALLS.
1 pound ground chicken
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tbs oil
Mix chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and maple syrup. Roll mixture into balls. Pan fry meatballs in oil until cooked through. SERVE & ENJOY...
