STRAWBERRY WHITE-CHOCOLATE TRIFLE
MAKES 14 SERVINGS.
TRIFLE---
Two 21 oz cans strawberry pie filling
25 sugar cookies, broken
1 batch white chocolate mousse, below
8 oz tub whipped topping
WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE---
2 cups heavy cream
4 tbs sugar
8 oz block cream cheese
6 oz white chocolate, melted
TO MAKE MOUSSE---Beat cream in a bowl until it thickens. Add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Set aside. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add chocolate, beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream mixture. ASSEMBLE TRIFLE---by layering strawberry pie filling, sugar cookies, white chocolate mousse and whipped topping in a bowl. Top with dollops of whipped cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve. SERVE WITH A CUP OF HOT COFFEE & ENJOY...YUMMY!
