CHEESY BROILED ASPARAGUS
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
Snap off the ends of 2 bunches asparagus, discard. Toss with 2 tbs oil on a baking sheet, season. Broil until slightly charred. Transfer to a platter, drizzle with red wine vinegar and oil. Top with shaved cheese. SERVE & ENJOY...
