CORN PASTA WITH BUTTER
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
4 ears corn
1 pound fusilli pasta
6 tbs butter
1 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 cup basil, torn
Heat pot of salted water to boiling. Cut kernels off ears of corn, set aside. Cook pasta as label directs. In a pan, melt butter, cook until browned. Add corn, salt and pepper. Cook until corn is heated through. Remove from heat. *Reserve 1/4 cup pasta cooking water. Drain pasta, return to pot along with corn mixture, Parmesan, basil, salt, and cooking water. Toss. SERVE & ENJOY...
