STEAK POTATO ASPARAGUS SKEWERS
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
1/2 pound potatoes, cut into wedges
1 1/2 pounds beef tenderloin, cut into cubes
1 bunch asparagus, cut into pieces
2 tbs oil
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbs mustard
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs Worcestershire
2 tsp steak sauce
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Heat a grill. Brush grates with oil. Put potatoes in a bowl, microwave until tender. Toss beef with oil in a bowl, season. Thread beef, potatoes, and asparagus onto 8 skewers. *Combine ketchup, mustard, vinegar, 2 tbs water, Worcestershire, steak sauce, and pepper flakes in a bowl. Grill kebabs until marked and done. SERVE with sauce & ENJOY...
