CORN SALSA & GRILLED STEAKS
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
1 cup corn
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup minced onions
1/4 cup minced parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbs lime juice
Cayenne pepper, to taste
1 pound steak
1/4 cup steak sauce
In bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, onions, parsley, garlic, lime juice, and cayenne. Season with salt and pepper. *Heat grill. Coat steak with cooking spray, brush with steak sauce. Grill steak to desired doneness. Let steak rest 5 min. before slicing. SERVE steak topped with corn salsa & ENJOY...
