BUNDT-CAKE TIP
A Bundt cake is delicious. The only problem---Even when you heavily grease the pan, your cakes stick when you try to unmold them. For a clean release, mix 1 tbs melted butter and 1 tbs flour into a paste, then brush on pan. The paste will cover every nook of the pan, and the flour will bake into a crust like layer on the cake that ensures it comes out looking flawless...
