BABY CARROTS WITH HERBS
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
1 orange, zested, juiced
1 pound baby carrots, peeled
1 tbs butter
1 tbs maple syrup
2 tsp minced dill
In skillet, bring to a boil 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/2 tsp orange zest, next 3 ingredients and 2 tbs water, cook until tender. Stir in dill. Season with salt. SERVE & ENJOY...
