CUCUMBER DILL DEVILED-EGGS
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
Hard boil 12 eggs, peel, cut in half lengthwise, scoop out yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with 1/4 cup each mayonnaise and sour cream, and 2 tsp Dijon mustard. Season. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped cucumber and 2 tbs chopped dill. Spoon into egg whites, top with dill sprigs. SERVE & ENJOY...
