BACON CORN RELISH
Grind 1/4 cup dried porcini mushrooms. Cook 8 slices chopped bacon in a skillet until crisp. Pour off most of drippings, add 1/2 chopped onion, ground mushrooms and kernels from 2 ears of corn to skillet. Cook until corn is tender. Stir in some chopped parsley. SERVE on hot dogs & ENJOY...
