SPICY BROCCOLI CHICKEN
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
In skillet, cook 3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced crosswise, and 2 cloves garlic, minced, in 2 tbs oil until browned and cooked through. Stir in 8 oz frozen broccoli florets, 1/2 cup hoisin sauce, and 1 tbs hot sauce, cook until heated through. SERVE over 4 cups cooked rice & ENJOY...
