ROASTED SHRIMP-TOMATO SPAGHETTI
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
In a baking dish, combine 1 1/2 pounds peeled, deveined shrimp, 28 oz can diced tomatoes, drained, 4 cloves garlic, sliced, 2 tbs white wine, 1 tbs lemon juice, salt and pepper. Roast at 425 degrees until opaque throughout 15 min. SERVE with spaghetti & ENJOY...
