HERB PINWHEELS WITH CHEESE
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
1 sheet puff pastry
1/3 cup garlic herb spreadable cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbs minced parsley
1 tbs minced thyme
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Unfold pastry, spread with cheese. Sprinkle with last 3 ingredients. Roll into log. Freeze 5 min. Cut into 12 slices. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake 12 min. or until done. SERVE & ENJOY...
