YUMMY HOT COCOA
MAKES 1 SERVING.
1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
1 tbs sugar or Splenda
1 1/2 tbs baking cocoa
1 cup boiling water
Whipped cream or marshmallows
Combine dry milk, sugar, and cocoa in a mug, stir in boiling water. Garnish with whipped cream or marshmallows before SERVING & ENJOY...VARIATION FOR COCOA MEXICANA---Add 1/8 tsp cinnamon to dry ingredients. Follow directions above, stir in 1/4 tsp vanilla. Omit whipped cream and marshmallows.
