POTATO SALAD WITH HOT-SAUCE
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
3/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup hot sauce
6 tbs oil
4 pound small potatoes, cut into 1/2
2 tbs chopped garlic
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cups diced celery
Combine ranch and hot sauce, set aside. Mix oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add potatoes, mix to coat potatoes with mixture. Transfer to sheet pan. Bake potatoes at 375 degrees for 55 min. or until tender. Cool slightly. To make salad, toss potatoes, celery and onion with hot sauce ranch mixture. SERVE & ENJOY...
