STEAKS WITH BEANS
MAKES 2 SERVINGS.
2 steaks
1 tbs smoky steak marinade
1/2 of a 15 oz can white beans, drained
1 1/2 tbs garlic vinaigrette
1 green onion, minced
Place skillet over heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper, coat with cooking spray. Cook until desired doneness, transfer to platter. Add marinade and 1 tbs water to skillet. *Cook until heated. Pour sauce over steaks. In pot, simmer last 3 ingredients until heated. SERVE steaks with beans & ENJOY...
