SIMPLE VEGGIE STIR-FRY
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
12 oz bag frozen Asian vegetables
Two 8.8 oz pkgs teriyaki 90 second rice blend
2 cups sliced chicken breast
1 tbs canola oil
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Prepare veggies and rice according to package directions for microwave. In skillet, cook chicken in oil until done. Add teriyaki sauce and cooked veggies. Cook until sauce thickens. SERVE over rice & ENJOY...
