FRUIT TOPPED CHOPS
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup mango peach salsa
1 tbs Mexican seasoning blend
2 tsp oil
4 pork chops
In bowl, combine avocado and salsa, set aside. In bowl, combine Mexican seasoning and oil, microwave until heated. Place skillet coated with cooking spray over heat. *Coat pork chops with oil mixture. Cook pork chops until done. Transfer pork chops to platter. Top with avocado salsa. SERVE & ENJOY...
