ORANGE DIP WITH COOKIES
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
3 tbs almond paste
3 tbs Frangelico, hazelnut liqueur
8 oz ricotta cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/2 tsp orange zest
12 vanilla wafer cookies
In bowl, whisk almond paste with Frangelico until smooth. Add ricotta, beat until creamy. Fold in whipped cream, top with zest. SERVE with cookies for dipping & ENJOY...
