PB&J MEATBALLS
MAKES 5 SERVINGS.
1/2 cup grape jelly
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tbs honey
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1/2 of a 28 oz pkg frozen meatballs
Chopped cilantro
Combine all ingredients except meatballs in a skillet, whisk over heat until smooth. Add meatballs. Heat until bubbly. Simmer until meatballs are hot throughout. Garnish with cilantro. SERVE & ENJOY...
