BANANA-SPLIT STRUDEL FOR BREAKFAST
MAKES 2 SERVINGS.
2 Toaster Strudel frozen raspberry pastries
1/2 tsp unsweetened baking cocoa
1 banana, split, cut lengthwise in half
1/4 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup sliced strawberries
1/3 cup cut up pineapple
Maraschino cherries
Toast pastries as directed on package, reserving icing packets. In bowl, mix icing and cocoa. Add mixture to plastic bag, cut off small corner. Place 1 pastry on plate. Add half each of banana, yogurt, strawberries, and pineapple. Drizzle half the chocolate icing on top. Add a cherry. Repeat to make second banana split. SERVE immediately & ENJOY...
