HERB TOMATO QUINOA-SALAD
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
Prepare 1 cup quinoa as label directs. Stir to cool slightly. Toss with 1 cup halved grape tomatoes, 15 oz can hearts of palm, drained, sliced, 2 chopped green onions, 2 tbs oil and a pinch of sugar, season with salt. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. SERVE & ENJOY...
