GINGER SESAME SNAP-PEAS
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
Cook 1 pound sugar snap peas, strings removed, in a steamer basket set over a pot of boiling water 3 min. Transfer to a bowl, toss with 1 tbs minced shallot, 2 tsp each sherry vinegar and sesame oil, and 1 tsp each grated ginger and salt. SERVE & ENJOY...
