GREEN FRITTATA WITH EGGS
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
8 oz Brussels sprouts, sliced
8 green onions, chopped
2 tbs butter
10 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
5 oz crumbled feta cheese
In skillet, cook Brussels sprouts and green onions in butter until soft, season. In bowl, whisk eggs and cream, stir in cheese. Season, pour into skillet. BAKE at 450 degrees until golden and cooked through 20 min. SERVE & ENJOY...
