COFFEE RUBBED STEAK
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
1 tbs ground coffee
1 tbs brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp paprika
Salt
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 1/4 pounds skirt steak
Heat grill. Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Rub coffee mixture on both sides of steak. Oil grill grates, grill steak until cooked through. Remove steak to a cutting board, let rest 5 min. before slicing. SERVE & ENJOY...
