COFFEE CAKE
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
8 tbs unsalted butter
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a Bundt pan with cooking spray. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. In a bowl, beat butter and 1 cup sugar until light. Beat in eggs, then vanilla. Mix in sour cream. Stir dry ingredients into batter until combined. *Pour 1/2 of batter into pan. In a bowl, mix 1/3 cup sugar with cinnamon, sprinkle 1/2 over batter. Top with 2/3 cup chocolate chips. Spread remaining batter on top, sprinkle with remaining sugar cinnamon and chips. Bake until done 45 min. Cool 15 min. Invert. SERVE & ENJOY...
