CHIPS WITH TURKEY-BURGERS
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
7 oz container lowfat plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cucumber, grated
2 tbs chopped mint
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
2 tbs oil
4 hamburger buns, split, toasted
Lettuce and tomato slices
Potato chips
Combine first 4 ingredients, half the garlic, 1 tbs water, salt and pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate. Combine turkey, remaining garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Form into 4 patties. Heat a skillet. Add oil, then add patties, cook until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Spread yogurt sauce on buns. Sandwich with burgers, top with lettuce and tomato. SERVE with potato chips & ENJOY...
