[SimplifyMe] 2-Recipes {Deviled-Eggs} Easy Yummy

 

KOREAN DEVILED-EGGS IN LETTUCE-CUPS
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.

Hard boil 12 eggs, peel, cut in half lengthwise, scoop yolks into a bowl. Mash the yolks with 1/3 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup chopped kimchi. Season with salt. Spoon into egg whites and set each in a lettuce leaf, top with more chopped kimchi and sliced green onions. SERVE & ENJOY...

BEET DEVILED-EGGS TINTED PINK
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.

Hard boil 12 eggs, peel, cut in half lengthwise, scoop yolks into a bowl. Place egg whites in a dish with 1 cup beet juice, refrigerate until pink. Mash the yolks with 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 3 tbs each horseradish and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the egg whites from the beet juice, pat dry. Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites, top with sliced cooked beets. SERVE & ENJOY...
