ZESTY SALAD WITH STEAK
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
4 tbs olive oil
1/4 cup spicy V-8 juice
1 pound tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup sliced olives
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbs steak seasoning
2 tbs steak sauce
1 tbs minced rosemary
3 pounds London broil steak
In bowl, combine 2 tbs oil and next 6 ingredients, toss. Season. Chill. Heat grill. In bowl, mix steak seasoning, steak sauce, rosemary and remaining oil, brush over steak. Grill until desired doneness. Let sit 10 min. before slicing. SERVE with salad & ENJOY...
