WARMING FRUIT STEW
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
In a blender, mix together 32 oz orange juice, 3 tbs lemon juice, 6 oz pomegranate juice, 1/3 pound papaya, and 3 tbs maple syrup. Dice 1 avocado, 1 banana, 3 soft dates, 1 tangerine, 1 orange, 1/4 grapefruit, 1 kiwifruit, and 1/2 apple. Divide fruit among bowls, pour juice mix on top. Mince one serrano chile pepper and use very sparingly as a garnish. SERVE & ENJOY...
