[SimplifyMe] SlowCooker {Sandwiches} with French-Dip

 

SLOWCOOKER SANDWICHES WITH FRENCH-DIP
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.

3 green onions, chopped
2 tsp thyme
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt and Pepper
2 1/2 pounds beef roast
2 carrots, sliced
2 tbs Worcestershire
1 cube beef bouillon
6 rolls, split, warmed
Spicy mustard

Pulse green onions, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper in a processor to make a paste. Pierce roast all over, rub paste into meat. Tie roast with twine. Spread carrots in a slowcooker, set roast on top. *Combine 1 1/2 cups water, Worcestershire and bouillon in a bowl, microwave until hot. Add to slowcooker, cook on low 2 hours. Transfer meat to a cutting board, let rest 15 min. *Remove twine, slice meat thinly. Spoon some cooking liquid onto cut sides of each roll, sandwich with meat and mustard. SERVE WITH MORE COOKING LIQUID FOR DIPPING & ENJOY...
