NUTELLA CREAM ICEBOX-CAKE
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1 3/4 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups cream cheese
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup Nutella
20 whole chocolate graham crackers
Beat 1 cup cream, 3/4 cup cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Combine 3/4 cup each cream and cream cheese with Nutella in a separate bowl, beat until stiff peaks form. *Line bottom of a springform pan with 4 graham crackers. Spread half the vanilla whipped cream over graham crackers. Top with another layer of graham crackers. Spread half the Nutella whipped cream on top. Repeat layers. Refrigerate 6 hours. *Run a knife around edge of cake. Remove springform ring, smooth sides of cake. Put remaining graham crackers in a plastic bag, crush into crumbs. Press crumbs around side of cake. SERVE & ENJOY...
