GREEN-BEAN SAUTE ORANGE-GLAZED
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
1/4 cup minced onions
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup orange juice
1 sprig thyme
1/2 pound baby carrots
1 pound green beans
In skillet, cook onions in oil 3 min. Add next 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Add carrots, simmer until tender. Add beans. Cook until liquid reduces to glaze. Season. SERVE & ENJOY...
