CREAMY NECTARINE TRIFLE---Layers of cake, pudding and nectarines.
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
Two 3.56 oz pkgs instant white chocolate pudding mix
8 oz pkg whipped topping
1/4 tsp almond extract
8 nectarines or peaches, sliced
1/2 cup peach preserve, melted
2 tbs orange juice
6 cups cubed lemon loaf cake
Prepare pudding mixes as package directs. In bowl, combine whipped topping and almond extract, stir 1 cup mixture into pudding. In bowl, toss nectarine slices with preserves and orange juice. *IN bowl, alternately arrange cake cubes, nectarine mixture and pudding mixture to create rows. Pipe remaining whipped topping over top of trifle. Garnish with sliced nectarines. SERVE & ENJOY...
