CABBAGE CARROT CARAWAY-SLAW
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
3 tbs apple cider vinegar
2 tsp caraway seeds
1 tbs mustard seeds
4 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1/2 onion, sliced
2 carrots, grated
In a bowl, whisk mayo, sour cream, mustard and vinegar. In a skillet, toast caraway and mustard seeds. Add to dressing, season. Add cabbages, onion and carrots, mix well. SERVE & ENJOY...
