My mom has passed on and I thought of giving away her unused medications to others who may have need for it rather than throwing them away which seemed very wasteful.
(A) Medication for people with Deep Vein thrombosis
(1) Claxane - administered via jabs
58 jabs
The above medication is to control occurrence of another clot and to thin blood
(B) Other Medication
(1) Omeprozole - 20 mg
132 tablets
This is to stabilize the stomach for people prone to gastric
(2) Tramadol - 50 mg
210 tablets
This is a painkiller
(3) Indometacin- 25 mg
84 capsules
This is used to treat pain, fever and lower calcium level
(My mom was prescribed these instead of paracetamol for her fever)
(C) Non-controlled Medication & others
(1) Paracetamol - 500 mg
80 tablets
This is for pain & fever relief
(2) Sennosides (SENNA) - 7.5 mg
90 tablets
This is for softening the stools
(3) Dulphalac syrup
1 bottle = 200ml (unopened)
Expire: Sep 2016
This is for softening the stools
For medication listed under (A) & (B) pls produce some proof of evidence that you or family members are using these prescribed drugs (e.g. physician's prescription list, sample of drug used, etc..) Sorry, I need to hold accountability for the prescription drug I am giving away.
