DOUGHNUT COCOA-DUSTED TIRAMISU
MAKES 10 SERVINGS.
16 oz lowfat cream cheese
3/4 cup plus 1 tbs powdered sugar
3 tbs coffee liqueur
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups brewed strong coffee
12 cake doughnuts, halved horizontally
Cocoa powder
Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, liqueur and vanilla in a bowl, beat until creamy. Combine cream and 1/4 cup powdered sugar in a bowl, beat until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture, set aside. *Combine coffee and remaining powdered sugar in a bowl, dip 12 doughnut halves in coffee mixture, arrange in a 9x13" baking dish. Spread one third of the cream cheese mixture over doughnuts. Dip remaining doughnut halves in coffee mixture, arrange on top. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture on top. Refrigerate 4 hours. Cut into pieces, dust with cocoa powder. SERVE & ENJOY...
