TRIPLE BERRY SAUCE---a topping for any kind of dessert.
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
1 1/2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
3 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 angel food cake
IN skillet, mash 1 cup blueberries with sugar and ginger. Simmer 2 min. Transfer to bowl, mix in remaining berries and vinegar. SERVE with cake & ENJOY...
