CREAM WITH MIXED BERRIES
MAKES 1 SERVING.
1 cup mixed berries
1 tbs strawberry cream cheese spread
1 tbs ricotta cheese
2 tbs mint, chopped
Mix ricotta and strawberry cream cheese spread together. Mix berries together. Spoon cheese mixture on top of berries, then garnish with mint. SERVE & ENJOY...
