[SimplifyMe] Baked {Fish} with Chive Cream

 

BAKED FISH WITH CHIVE CREAM
MAKES 1 SERVING.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drizzle 1 tsp olive oil into a baking pan, put a 4 oz fish fillet into pan. Arrange 1/2 tomato, sliced, on top of fish, cook 8 min. Mix 2 tbs whipped cream cheese spread together with 1 tbs chives, chopped, lemon juice of a 1/4 lemon, and a pinch of salt. When fish is finished, top with cream cheese mixture. SERVE with lemon wedges if desired & ENJOY...
